It depends on traffic and weather. Common schedules are entry glass on every visit, full window cleaning monthly or quarterly, and power washing quarterly or twice a year. We put the schedule in your scope of work, next to your regular cleaning.

Yes. Window cleaning and power washing go into the same scope of work as your regular cleaning, with their own schedule.
Do you do one-time window cleaning or power washing?
Yes. You can book either one as a one-time job, for example before an inspection, an open house or a grand opening.
When do you power wash?
We schedule it around your hours, so staff and visitors aren't walking through wet areas.
