Carpet cleaning
Deep cleaning for office and clinic carpet to lift the ground-in dirt that daily vacuuming leaves behind. Booked for traffic lanes, single rooms or a whole floor.
Strip and wax
Old finish is stripped off vinyl tile, then new coats of floor finish are laid down. It brings back the shine and protects the floor from wear.
Buffing
Buffing between strip and wax jobs keeps a finished floor glossy and pushes the next full strip further out.
How often
It depends on foot traffic. Busy lobbies and hallways need floor work more often than private offices. Common schedules are carpet cleaning quarterly or twice a year, and a strip and wax once or twice a year with buffing in between. We'll suggest a schedule after looking at your floors.

Do you do one-time carpet cleaning?
Yes. You don't need a recurring cleaning contract to book carpet cleaning or a strip and wax.
Can floor work be done after hours?
Yes. Floor work is usually scheduled in the evening or on a weekend so the floor has time to dry before people walk on it.
