How much does commercial cleaning cost in San Antonio?

What is a scope of work?
It's the written list that comes with every quote. It names each area of the building, the tasks done there, how often each task is done, and the visit days.
Do you clean medical and dental offices?
Yes. We are a commercial cleaning company specialized in medical facilities, including medical, dental and vision clinics. We clean after hours and disinfect high-touch surfaces in exam rooms, waiting rooms and restrooms on every visit. See medical office cleaning.
Do you handle medical waste?
No. Regulated medical waste, such as sharps and red-bag waste, stays with your licensed medical waste company. We remove regular trash and recycling.
What is a day porter?
A day porter is a cleaner who works on site during business hours. They keep restrooms stocked, lobbies tidy and spills handled while staff and visitors are in the building.
Do you clean after hours?
Yes. Most of our recurring cleaning happens after staff leave, so the work doesn't get in the way of patients or employees.
How often can you clean?
Anywhere from once a month to six days a week, including Saturdays. We set the visit days in the scope of work.
Will the same cleaner come each time?
Each site has an assigned cleaner, so the person cleaning your building knows it and knows your scope of work.
Do you do one-time cleaning?
