The usual three passes
Rough clean
Loose debris and heavy dust out while trades are still finishing.
Final clean
Every surface, fixture, window and floor cleaned once the work is done.
Touch-up
A last pass for the punch list, right before inspection or move-in.

How do you price post-construction cleaning?
By square footage and scope. We quote from a walk-through or from the plan set, and the quote lists every area and pass.
Do you work with general contractors?
Yes. We bid post-construction cleaning to general contractors and schedule our passes around the trades.
Can you clean before a final inspection?
Yes. Tell us the inspection or move-in date and we'll schedule the final clean and touch-up around it.
Can you keep cleaning the building after it opens?
Yes. Once the building opens, we can switch to a regular schedule. See office cleaning and medical office cleaning.
